Ordered costumes and received "used" opened mercha...

Ordered costumes and received "used" opened merchandise. Requested to send back for a refund and had to jump through multiple hoops to do so while when placing the original order returns were not a problem per the website. It's a shame they wouldn't automatically honor their return policy and if they had I wouldn't be writing a review.
