I have two businesses that use First Data. The customer service is horrendous. The Global Leasing 1-800 number is frustrating, takes a long time to navigate it and you can't speak to a human. Took me twenty minutes to literally select all the options to finally get to a human. Once I got to one, they disconnected the call twice and I had to call back and go through it all over again. I've been transferred to several people and have to go over my situation over and over. Once I got to someone who could help me she was extremely rude and not helpful. I was complaining about the service and she basically said she didn't care. The way they conduct business and their operating systems are so ineffective and unnecessary. Highly recommend not subscribing to their service.
