Our electric was shut off. I was given a time table of 8am to 4pm the following day to restore service. I called after the electric was not restored after 4 and I was told I was "misinformed" that I shouldn't have been told a time frame as they only require guaranteeing the day, not the time. As a customer I expect to be given accurate information so there's no room for false expectations.
