This has been the worst experience ever .Gainsco DOES NOT come thru on any promises to customers not even a simple call back .After an accident in July and filing the claim I had to drive a month and a half with no head light (still paying FULL COVERAGE payments) I finally got in contact with a supervisor names Charles who was ridiculous rude,had no good explanation why my vehicle was still waiting for repairs, never offered to handle the claim himself due, never even apologized for the 4 calls i had made just that dsy to even get a manger to speak to.The best excuse this manager could cook up was finally the adjustor was contacting a number listed on my policy, not the number I had left repeated times on voicemails . Finally when I got an estimate for my damages ( in September!!!) it was not nearly enough to cover the expense. So i was advised to not use my regular location for repairs and instead use a cheap collision shop to be sure it didnt exceed the estimated amount. If you are looking for secure coverage and you value your vehicle and the maintenance done to the car DO NOT INSURE WITH GAINSCO . Even with full coverage if an accident occurs even if ur not the party at fault you will have to fix your own car. Payments to this business are pointless.
