They up your rent $100+/month every time you sign a new lease and that's underestimating it....
I put in a service order for my toilet to be replaced and they came in with a new fridge on a different day than what the office told me....
They leaf blow 3 days a week starting at 8:00 A.M. up against my bedroom wall......
I asked them to fix my explosively leaky spigot in my garden, and it's been 2 years now.....it still leaks several gallons per minute....
They replaced the washer/dryer units to only take credit cards now instead of a pre-paid card. They failed to notify me of this and I still have $30 un-refundable on a now useless piece of plastic.....
