Helpful and knowledgeable staff. It s unfortunate they were closed but that s because they were forced to. Once they opened I scheduled a same day appointment and when they let me use the phone I was instantly connected to someone who answered questions about my case. Keep in mind you need to reed everything available before calling them because they re getting a lot of calls about things they can t answer or have already been answered in some way. I m not saying it s easy. We all have to do our part to make sure people are getting the answers they need.
