I am very disappointed with the service and policies but I love the mountain. I went to book my Mid Winter 3 Pass for our group which was being advertised at $199 if booked by November 22nd. However, when I looked it now shows $249. I called and they explained that they changed the pricing on Oct 17th and would likely increase it again soon. This seemed puzzling because the offer expired Nov 22nd, not October 17th. Had it said Oct 17th we would have booked on or before that date, but it didn't. I was informed that change the offers whenever they want to regardless of published expiration dates on their solicitations. I had called expecting a code to honor the advertisement but instead was told to buy now before it goes up again (also before the new expiration). This blew my mind. Why even have expiration dates? I understand the need to create urgency but this seems deceptive and was not what I expected from such a reputable group. If someone see's this and can provide a more intellectual explanation of the booking policy I would gladly change this review to 5 starts as I love this mountain and have zero issues until now.
