We went to Rijswijk for the first time that our cat had to be operated on, what a negative feeling we had about it and then I also said that I would never go there again! So now with the 2nd operation we went to Dordrecht and what lovely people work there !! I understand that it is normal work for them, but compared to Rijswijk they show empathy here and they have plenty of time for questions, explanations and when picking up !!!
