I bought a bike three weeks ago, tried to call the store at least 10+ times to check the status of the order, phone call got picked up only once and advise me to send email to Info@mec.ca, email them twice since last weekend, the only response I got was the auto reply saying they will get back to me ASAP, it is difficult every business during COVID, just curious how many phone calls or emails received from them to take them so long to response, still waiting for the call/email... sorry, I can only give a 1 star now.
