Worked with many recruiters while I was unemployed and Silverman McGovern was the best, by far. They were the most effective recruiter I worked with and in my opinion, it's due to their attention to detail. They took the time to find out what I was good at, what I was looking for in my next position/employer, along with where I could picture myself working. Were also very helpful in the pre-interview process (identifying questions, completing Microsoft assessments, resume review) and always asked how the interview went afterwards. Highly recommend.
