Limited options if you're using VR through a Salesforce integration. It's taking time for their team to upgrade the old UI to the newest version advertised on their website. Not to mention that their old system doesn't support the usage of emojis and there's no alert on their dashboard about this failure - if you use one, they'll mess up all of your work even if it's saved. If one day they fix those bugs, it definitely can go to a four or five star company.
