This company is ridiculous. I was rear ended by one of their policyholders in April it's now July an my car still hasn't been repaired. I filled out the papers, the policyholder admitted to fault, I took pictures of my car. They told me it will take 6 months for the investigation. I have been calling an left voicemails no one has gotten back to me. At this point my attorney will be getting involved. If you get in an accident please get an attorney asap this company will give you the run around.
