Brittany Caldwell at TM5 was phenomenal, sensational, AWESOME! We are first time home buyers and Brittany was happy to meet with us a year before we would start shopping so that we could learn the basics. She answered any and all questions we threw her way over the past year. When the home shopping time started it was so easy and fast. She took our wants and needs list and found the perfect house. Brittany was fast to respond via text and email. When we hit a few inevitable snags in the negotiation process, she was behind us 110% and fought to get us everything we wanted and needed. She exceeded our expectations and we were not just satisfied, but delighted with our experience with her!
