In this academic year, I have found Richard ambassadorial in the teacher placement industry - vis~a~vis his professionalism, politeness and his dependability and dedication to finding appropriate assignments.

He works very hard to earn the goodwill of supply teachers by communicating quickly and delivering work by matching them to suitable allocations and/or forwarding teacher availability to Now Education's other equally impressive consultants; Sunita, Marissa, etc.

Richard's reputation speaks for itself by the sheer amount of work he is able to generate, but it is also spoken of highly in supply teaching circles, his reliability and interpersonal skills win over both teachers and schools he comes into contact with.
