ICU at hillcrest was great thanks to Bill and Amanda. Then we got sent to the 9 floor the bathroom doesn't work the room is cold told the nurse and she said good luck with the bathroom and she laughed and said its don't feel cold to me. We was on the 5 floor a month ago and was there for a Week and that floor was even worst. So i have asked this same question. Why don't nurses show compassion any more. People are sick its there job to make patients feel better.but when nurses are rude or don't do what they say they will do it just makes the patient feel worse and family feel more scared.
