Inexcusable lack of service from Heinrich at tech support this evening.
I am so sick and tired of service providers who have the audacity to blame the customer for their utter lack of service provision and then hide behind corporate speak of blaming everything on a third party. You have just lost a customer and I will ensure that I spread the word to as many people as possible (conversely to when I recommended Webafrica to as many people as I could when you actually were providing a good service). You reap what you sow.
