Hill Bros was referred to me by a friend who had been driving for them for almost 2 years. I have to say, calling them was a great decision on my part. I honestly can t give any complaints. Seriously. Onboarding, HR, the Shop, Dispatch. My truck. I can t speak for anyone else, but it s been great for me. If you want the miles, they have it for you. Pay is much better than my previous employer. They treat me like a person and not a number. They know I have 2 kids at home and treat my home time like it s a priority and not a burden. 5 star company!
