This was my second time at this salon and seeing Karissa and definitely wasn t the good experience like I first had. The first time I left very happy and thought I found my girl! Then I saw Karissa again (I still believe she is very up to date on trends and techniques) but I left unhappy this time and we can t see eye to eye so therefore $365 later I have to go somewhere else to get what I want. I was clear that I didn t want to go somewhere else I just want to get the hair color I asked for and I believe she can very easily do it. I understand you can t duplicate pictures shown but I think based on similar hair color you can get close. Plus when the picture was shown there was nothing said about not being able to achieve the look I wanted. I sent pictures to my two brutally honest best friends and they even said it doesn t even look like my hair was done. It s very disheartening that I can t go back for a color correction- we now live in a world where customer service means nothing. I was told if I want that exact thing I should see that stylist that did that- I guess I have to drive to Dallas then. I also get moved to another stylist for a blow out and I think that s part of the problem- had the same person that colored my hair dried my hair maybe it would be easier to speak up before leaving- but I was hoping it was lighting and I was already there for 5 hours (actually a little longer bc there was a appointment time mix up also). I will be contacting the owner to try and get maybe a portion of my money back, but I m sure that s a long shot.
