I had an emergency with a flooding basement, as I m sure many people did on this rainy night. I called about four different plumbing companies and was told by one place that they would come out between one to four hours, and another place said they would call, only to be called later by both and told they could not make it. Evan from your company called me about midnight to say he would be out within two hours but actually made it sooner. He was such a personable young man and did a wonderful job. I am so grateful for your 24 hour service because I know my basement would have been completely covered in water by the next day. As I told Evan, you ll be my first call if I have a need for a plumber in the future.
