Went there to get my car safety updated, the repairer said it could not be updated and I should sell the car to the shop. Bought my Prius for $7500, and they offered $2000! Plus when I said no, they kept haggling over how much I wanted, very unprofessional for an official dealership.

So I went to Toyata dealership in SF, they actually spent time to work on it and said they can fix the safety update problem (although a little pricey). Plus, I went to a random dealership on the way there and was instantly offered $4500. This makes me feel like my experience with Magnussen is almost like scam, won't be going back there ever...
