Sale lady was great bought a apex 250lrs on the way home with trailer maybe 20miles down the road nose cap trim was flying in the wind called the sale lady sent her pics of the issue . I told her to get the trim piece and sent it to me so I could properly install it myself . Two mouths later and still haven't received the trim piece call and asked for a manager and he told me there pre delivery person would call me to resolve the issue. Three days have passed since the last time I contacted them ,no reply it's been over two and a half mouths with no response . They great until you make a purchase after that they ignore you hoping you will just go away. Sorry to tell the truth but that's the case beware of fun town rv best to find a better dealer
