The Schomp crew really puts on a great new car clinic, which substantially offsets the arrogance of BMW. They spent a lot more time with me, clarifying and explaining several annoying behaviors of the car that are not explained in the manual, such as fully shutting down the car by pressing the ignition button twice. David even anticipated several of my questions, so these must be common problems that are not adequately covered in the manual. I especially appreciated the generous time the technicians devoted to answering every question, and the Genius crew proved most knowledgeable and eager to share their insights with me.
