Had a good first visit to the service department. Stopped in around lunchtime on a very busy day after Christmas and got with service advisor Jeph. He squeezed us into the que, and was even able to provide me with a loaner that had been reserved for a customer who didn't show for their early morning appointment. Great communication from him through the process, and the service for my 335i was completed impeccably.
