I bought a pre-owned 2016 Subaru forester recently from Oakvile Toyota and was very happy with the purchase I made. Went on couple of trips and car has been pretty good so far. Excellent Customer service from Burt Townsend. He was very friendly and was keen in understanding our needs. Ashley was very helpful in suggesting warranty, financial and other options with no pressure .She was ready to follow up on queries even after the purchase was made. The purchase was pretty smooth and no hassles. One of the best buying experience due to the service from Burt and Ashley. I would highly recommend this team.

After 3 months of purchase, my 2016 Forester is in good condition with many trips this summer. For my surprise, the car warranty was transferred from previous owner in spite of many procedures in place. Excellent service from Ashley & team for the follow ups and finalizing the warranty even after couple of months.
