Very disappointed with this hotel. First of all one of the receptionist is very blunt not a talkative person makes no effort to be friendly. When i modified my room i ticked the box that asks for extra sweets and they were not in the room when i arrived. I brought it to the receptionist attention she said she will have to check it out with the manager and how strawberries with chocolate is 10 extra i declined on this as it had came up as no charge when modified the booking. From that point on there was no communication made with me in relation to what the manager said although I had said I will be up in the room so just give a ring.The room was executive nothing wow about it. The toiletries that were there was just one bottle of body wash shampoo conditioner etc. Although they knew 2 people were staying. Those bottles are small I would class them as samples really. As for the fridge we had water in it and it wasn't cold the door wasn't closing properly. For 114 it wasn't worth the stay. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast next morning. Will definitely not be recommending it unless there are huge changes. Really puts me off from booking into their other hotels that they are linked to.

Email send to the email address as mentioned below in the reply from the hotel and a week now and got no reply back on email send. This again refers back to my communication point made earlier in my review
