Hello, my name is Audrey and I am currently 14 years old. I was admitted to this hospital 3 times for personal reasons and every time I felt worse when coming out. As a patient I never felt truly cared for and didn't get the help I needed from the start. I never got to talk to an individual therapist, all of the therapy was in a group manner. Overall if you are going to run a business that is a mental care facility, you need to put into consideration that very different and sensitive individuals who need help and care are your patients. Please invest in better training and education. If the owner sees this no, I will not reach a Patient Advocate. Since that seems to be your only response to all of the low rated reviews. Your establishment had 3 chances to show me your facility was worth going to. Each time you showed me otherwise. Instead of telling me to reach a Patient Advocate, invest in your company.
