DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Anyone who uses this company voluntarily is a fool. My home loan was transferred to this company so I have no choice. First of all, you can't get through to speak to anyone for at least 20 minutes. Then when you do, you find they don't speak English and it's a complete cluster to get any information from anyone. What a joke of a company. RUN AWAY from them as fast as you can. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I will be refinancing as soon as possible so that I can use a different company.
