Failure to inform the customer of the procedure for a free estimate and cancellation just minutes before the appointment window is not just unprofessional, but lazy. Aaron called me just 10 minutes before the scheduled free estimate appointment to only tell me there was no need for him to go on site because they don't have contractors on hand that build a needed blueprint for a home addition estimate. Why schedule an appointment with a potential customer when there are requirements before an estimate can be done, and why wait till the last 10 minutes before an appointment to inform a customer that this is needed. Referral to an engineer only makes the engineer confused as they don't draw up blue prints for home additions, they specifically said contractors handle such matters. I now understand why there are so many 1 star reviews.
