I asked for footage of a serious incident from a camera owned by a business of which I manage. It dragged on for over a month before I was told 'Oh, footage only lasts for 30 days'. Talked to several members of staff and was fobbed off until there was no footage left!

Highly unprofessional. Avoid. The fake reviews from family members below should be enough to warrant suspicion.
