I called for an estimate for installing a sliding glass door. I spoke with Billy Burke. Billy informed me that he was booked until winter. However, Billy still sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes. Explaining the entire process of what it entails, as well as giving me valuable information on the process/door itself. He then gave me what he would charge me (if he had the availability) which was by far a fair price. Even though he couldn t take on my job, he still was kind enough to tell me a fair price and explain everything to me. I look forward to speaking to Billy again in the winter time in regards to finishing my basement. He really made a lasting impression!
