I signed up in Nov 2017 called for service a month...

I signed up in Nov 2017 called for service a month later.service tech came out a week later,paid charge,he said he needed parts. Got calls the parts were in on 3 different dates. Made appt for 2 weeks later, different tech comes out, calls from his truck and says they sent him without parts. It's now a month, 10 calls and no one knows if they have parts or not. Three operators told me they would check on parts and call back. They never did and Everytime I call it's 10 minutes on hold and no answers.
I'm ready to cancel this terrible company. They don't care about customers.
I wish I had checked reviews before handing over $400.00 but I'll deal with them through my credit card company if I don't get an answer by 5pm today.
