Considering Hurricane IDA made land fall during my stay....I though the staff did an awesome job! The staff keep us informed and updated on what was happening (the best that they could). The staff worked diligently with securing the facility and preparing for the hurricane without inciting panic with the guests. We were provided with timely updates. This team worked the plan that the Hilton Organization had in place for emergencies. Great job everyone.
