I would like to give a huge shout out to Miss Jennifer Hostetler in the service Dept at Taylor Chevrolet. I arrived at the service department at approximately 845/am on 1/20/2020 my appointment was 900/am Miss Jennifer greeted me with a pleasant smile may I help you I proceeded to tell her my information ,she responded very professionally taking down all my concerns, proceeded to arrange a ride home for me ,and I ll will be calling this afternoon to let you know the outcome on your repairs ,further I had forgotten to request additional oil change I proceeded to call her she responded very quickly no problem. Upon my arrival to pickup my vehicle she arranged my return ride by the shuttle. When I returned to service Dept she had a young man in her office while taking of him she immediately saw me jump right to me while juggling other customers what a mover and a shaker delegating responsibilities to other helpers making sure everyone and everything was taken care , I can tell you that it didn t go unnoticed Thank you Miss Jennifer for making us all feel important you are a PEACH A GEORGIA PEACH , my wish is that Mr Perkins notices how important you are to that dealership. Thank you for being you Jen .
