Van Wanrooij is very generous when it comes to selling, but when it comes to service they drop you like a brick. In fact, they make you pay for something that is their own fault! I bought a new house with my girlfriend. The previous residents sold it before they could live in it. They had already bought the kitchen. Van Wanrooij had forgotten to deliver a front panel when supplying the kitchen and a side leg. After having waited for more than a month (!!!) for those things, I call van Wanrooij to ask when they will place them. This salesperson told me that costs are being charged for this. I asked why, because it is because of Wanrooij's fault that they had forgotten the two parts. Because someone else installed the kitchen, they couldn't do this. My defense of "if you had not forgotten, the engineer could just place it and nothing would have been wrong"

I had already tamed them to place the front of the dishwasher itself, and they are so embarrassing to count 120 on a kitchen of more than 16,000 for placing the side leg.

Well done Van Wanrooij, by treating your customers so bastardly! I have heard from several people about the outrageous treatment of people.

Show your sportiness and admit that you have dropped a sting here, instead of tempting people with a meal so that they can buy your kitchen. Be sporty and place the side leg without charging anything. Then I will be so sporty to rectify this review.
