Discontinuing my services with Certified has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service representative that I have been speaking with is extremely rude and has continuously badgered me for my reason for leaving, asking me extremely personal questions (such as if I was financially able to afford their service) even after I told her I did not wish to discuss my reasons for wanting to leave! When she finally emailed me a cancellation acknowledgement and asked me to sign it, I noticed that she had taken it upon herself to list my reason for canceling being due to "financial hardship". I have never dealt with such a condescending customer service rep... and the entire ordeal has felt extremely demeaning. I will never recommend this company to anyone after what they have put me through.
