We had already checked into room, our belongings were inside. Had to run to store to get needed items that we forgot to pack. When we got back to hotel we were told by security that we could not enter the building due to hotel and casino being at capacity. They do not account for you as a hotel guest. As soon as you leave you have lost your spot regardless if you have already paid for your hotel room and checked in . Very dissatisfied with this horrible service. Hotel guests should automatically be accounted for! And if this is their policy they need to notify hotel guest to not leave because they may pay for a room that they cannot use.
