Tried to inquire about tennis lessons, was emailing getting info from the raquet sports coordinator, the last I heard from him was an email asking me for three court time options, which I provided on DECEMBER 6th, I never heard a response- left a real bad taste in my mouth for him to show a complete lack consideration of my time but not even emailing back once I provided my court times, will spend my money on tennis lessons at a different facility who needs the business more than Panorama. 1 star for poor customer service :(
