Always pleased in the past. The one time I need a part in two days and pay $20 extra to get it they tell me it was 2 business days but they don't deliver on Saturday because it is two "business days". They didn't tell me that and the order must be in by 10AM the first day which makes it three days. Ordered on Wednesday won't arrive until Monday. I missed the cut off because I didn't order it by 7:00AM PST. Jacob in customer service was anything but customer service. Requested a manager to call me no response. Called a second time and got a nicer response but same result when I told him I was going to be 100 miles from the delivery and my customer needed the part. No other options given, no ideas, like over night one and send the other back or anything. It's just my fault. They have a policy of no customer service customer service.......
