I have rented from this company in the past and currently am renting from this company. Been at my current apartment with my little family for a couple years. I am going to give a shout out to Vicky who has helped me twice within the past week over the phone to resolve some maintenance issues as well as account issues. She was friendly and professional and I have no complaints.

As to maintenance complaints, I do suggest following up as they do manage a lot of properties. It is possible to fall between the cracks. We had a maintenance inspection and all the issues were noted, however, I did have to put in a call at a later date to see where things stood as we hadn't been contacted to resolve any of the problems. Vicky put in a work order for me.

I currently have someone replacing my problematic kitchen sink and I have someone coming to look at our water heater.

Overall, I have been happy with my interactions with Riverside Management.
