This place looks more like a comedy show than an actual institution. The personnel comes and goes as they please, and the change their working hours as they want. They don't even know how to use the internet, so the post important notes on the board in the hall. Even security is ridiculous . A bunch of 60 y. old guys with rheumatism and arthritis. They look more like a bunch of geriatrics patients that escaped from the hospital rather than security. In case of any attack on the institution you will have a better change if you apply self defense methods rather than counting on them.
