Service at the front desk was absolutely horrible and parking is completely ridiculous ($46/night in the parkade and over $50 for valet).
Rooms do not come with fridges, they are available upon request. bed/sheets were comfortable and the TV is a good size (possibly 50") all in all the rooms were decent.
If it wasn't for the manager working on May 12th, 2019, the hotel would get a much better rating (3.5 - 4 star) she was the exact opposite of hospitable. remember that customer service creates the experience for the guests.
