Where to start. A party of 15 and it was a cluster. Start with the food ordered it came out at different times. They had no idea who ordered what. My son didn t get his food it was for his birthday. Had to ask for it twice. From two different managers, and a waiter. I ordered the ELAFONTE S BANANA BOAT CHICKEN due to recommendations and it was dry sent it back. Not once did our waiter ask how the food was. I had to track another manager down to tell her how disappointed I was in the service, not getting food and how we are forced to pay the additional 20% gratuity and they cannot deliver service, food or dishes one would enjoy and further more it was for a birthday party. When making the birthday reservation was told if we wanted to bring in our own cake they charge a $15 charge for doing so. They said it had to do with the health department. In reality it s not true. We ve dined in at high-end steak restaurants, etc and they all allowed us to bring in a cake heck, even supplied the plates. It s about the lost revenue. I personally would not go here for a large party, and do I plan to go back. Not worth the money, time. This too is the worst review that I ve ever posted. If you strive for service, quality in my opinion it s not at this establishment.
