The basic salary 10500+ Budgetary Relief Allow: 3500 Total= 14000
Saturday full working day but OT pay only 3hrs,
No mercantile holiday, at least no Christmas holiday or poya days or Sinhala hindu new year festival holiday,

there are advertise can earn 40000+ but not really,
its false,
can't achieve target because they give very low denominators.
No labor rules,
Supervisors, management and HR din't care about matters of workers, they only wants working
