We recently had a pet who passed and my Wife and Daughter were very upset about the loss. My wife brought our pet Rat in to Westvet to try to save her. She passed away at the clinic, and my wife was a mess. Westvet went above and beyond the call, by not only creating a box for her to be buried, but decorating it for us as well. They did not charge for the visit, and 2 weeks later we received a hand written note from all the staff at Westvet expressing their condolences. We will never go anywhere else for pet care, this place is all class and they care about pets and people alike.
