No robes, my floors weren't clean. My comforter had some serious stains! Housekeeping never came, the hotel is under construction (wasn't told that) so by 7 am we were woken by loud tools. Breakfast is outrageous and they only offer an omelet bar.. could have taken my family to a decent place for half the price!
