I only purchase parts after 3pm, the lady in the parts section is rude and not very helpful. I am forced to source parts from Volwreck and Mutilspares. I have been a customer for 13 years and it's a shame I have to go after hours to get my stuff. I am also speaking on behalf of other Volvo truck owners whom encounter the same issues It's very unpleasant and appalling behavior.
