Cody the manager made our stay to be memorable. We arrived at midnight with our 2 kids, our first impression was, wow what a beautiful hotel, then we went to our room to be very disappointed by the strong moldy smell, I was very sad because my son have bronchitis asthma so i went to the front desk and told our situation, she didn't hesitate to help and changed to a room with Nooo smell and 2queen beds. That was awesome, we were happy, but then in the morning Cody comes again and upgrades our room with a beautiful view, sofa, desk and 3 beds. That was amazing. Our family travels a lot around the world and we never got a service like this before. Thank you again Cody you are awesome.
