Went to take some of my luggage to my car and came...

Went to take some of my luggage to my car and came back to find my room opened and cleaners inside 2 1/2 hours before checkout. when I asked if this was common practice a gentleman said well they saw you walk out with a bag so they assumed we had checked out. The room was left wide open with my purse inside. I had the room booked next door as well. when I went and asked to speak to a manager I was told they weren't in yet. they did discount my room 30.00. The carpet in the rooms is probably the original from 24 years ago. The bathroom was dark and so small. I will stay at peppermill or montego bay next time. Totally worth the exra few bucks.
