I stay at this hotel exclusively when I am in Tampa on business. Usually the service is good. I have had to ask for some corrections from the front desk regarding my reservations but they are always quick to fix the situation.
If anything I would suggest checking the rooms more often for services such as power outlets that do not work and lamps that have blown out.

Other than that, this is a great place to stay and close to almost anything you need.
