I bought a UV320, 128 G flash drive and found that the transmission speed dropped from 32mb to 1mb. I applied to send it back to the company for overhaul. I sent it for repair on May 19, and it was notified on June 2 that I could pick it up.
When I got it, I found that it was a new product for me, but it was 32G instead of 128G.
The overhaul within 10 working days is just a new product, or the wrong one. This kind of efficiency and service quality really make people feel that an informal company should have.
This experience makes me feel very uncomfortable, and I have no confidence in ADATA products. I will not buy ADATA products anymore.

Follow-up report:
The Taichung repair station sent it back to me in June. It was the flash drive I originally sent for repair. It turns out that the same problem is still there. I called the customer service to ask about it. They said there was maintenance, but the problem still exists, and it has not been solved. Did the maintenance personnel not check it?
The customer service asked me to send it back to the company for maintenance. It was mailed back to ADATA on June 20, but the result was nothing. I called again on June 13 to ask. The customer service staff did not know my repair case, that is, my case was not there. In the system, the company is too big to care about my small maintenance case!
After consulting with its customer service supervisor, Miss Bai, Fang found out my case, and informed that it could be sent back to me in the same week
I haven t received it on the 20th, so I asked again and told me that it would be mailed to me in the afternoon, and told me that UV320 is like this, and the transmission speed will be interrupted many times during downloading. I promised to change the USB drive to me. Don't buy UV320!
On the same day, I told him that I wanted to use it when I was going abroad on the 24th. Please send it as soon as possible. If I asked again in the afternoon on the 23rd, I told him to send it on the 22nd.
What kind of company is this? Will such a company develop if it doesn't care about customers' questions and reactions? Deep doubt! It s just that I am completely disappointed in this company and will not buy any of its products.
I didn t receive the goods on the 23rd. I will go abroad tomorrow. Only today I will buy a USB flash drive to take out. ADATA asked me to buy an extra USB flash drive, and no one came to explain and explain to me. Such customer service This is the first time I met!
The owner's response was completely perfunctory by the official article. No one contacted me. They took the initiative to inquire. The customer service is completely useless!
I received the product sent to me by ADATA on the 24th. I changed to a USB flash drive, S102/128g. The result of the test is still the same as UV320, and the maximum download speed is only 20mb, usually 12mb, which is still the same. The download speed dropped below 1mb in less than 5 seconds.
The same files are downloaded using ASUS USB flash drives, and the speed is maintained above 30mb. The two ADATA flash drives have made me realize that ADATA flash drives are unreliable. Please be careful if you want to buy them. It s good to be mentally prepared, I won t buy ADATA products anymore
